Scius prepared four case studies that used Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) as a method of project delivery for BC Housing. The objective was to explore the applicability of IPD to multi-family affodable housing projects.

The four projects were the PriMed Mosaic Centre (Edmonton, AB); St. Jerome's University campus renewal (Waterloo, ON); UBC Brock Commons Tallwood House (Vancouver, BC); and Jacobson Hall, Trinity Western University (Aldergrove, BC).
