Eli Michaud

Eli is a Project Manager and Researcher with a background in delivering and contributing to various projects. He excels at planning and scheduling projects, using diligent research methods, and applying systematic data analysis to accomplish goals and objectives.
He has managed and coordinated a variety of projects, including producing and editing a video in partnership with BC Housing’s DASH program, showcasing an innovative approach to accelerating homebuilding. As a researcher and data analyst, he leads a national research initiative on Canadian prefabrication data and contributes to the development of a B.C. mass timber building database. He has also led a research project advancing Construction Clean Technologies in B.C. and continues to lead initiatives that generate deeper insights into the construction sector, with a particular focus on decarbonization and sustainable practices.
He values spending time out in nature and enjoys various sports and leisure activities in his free time such as soccer, snowboarding, and hiking. He believes in the strength of collaboration and teamwork and is energized by efforts that contribute to positive change.
